BrainBrew

Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 August 2026 · Last updated: 17 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the BrainBrew app and the brainbrewgame.com website. BrainBrew is provided by Mehyar Al Suwaidi (“BrainBrew”, “we”). By using BrainBrew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use BrainBrew.

Who can use BrainBrew

BrainBrew is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please do not use it.

Your account

When you first open BrainBrew, an anonymous guest account is created so you can play right away. You can secure your account with email (a one-time sign-in link), with Sign in with Google, or, on iOS, with Sign in with Apple. BrainBrew uses passwordless sign-in, so there is no password to manage. Keep your sign-in method secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.

The game

We validate and review puzzles, but we do not promise every puzzle is free of mistakes. Where a mistake materially affects fairness, we may correct, void, or recalculate the affected results, applied consistently to everyone affected.

Fair play

To keep BrainBrew fair, you agree not to: use bots or automated play; use modified or unofficial clients; exploit bugs for advantage; use multiple accounts to get around the one-Ranked-result-per-day rule; extract or expose puzzle answers; or interfere with the service. We may void affected results or, in serious cases, close an account. Nothing here is intended to waive rights you cannot waive under law.

Content and ownership

BrainBrew and its content — the app, the BrainBrew name and branding, and the original puzzles — belong to BrainBrew. You may use BrainBrew for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time — see brainbrewgame.com/account-deletion or contact brainbrew.app@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep BrainBrew reliable but do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. Access can be affected by maintenance, outages, app-store or provider dependencies, and regional restrictions. We may update, add, or remove features to operate and improve BrainBrew.

Disclaimers

BrainBrew is provided for entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, or professional advice, and your puzzle results do not represent your intelligence or any diagnosis. To the extent permitted by law, BrainBrew is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrainBrew is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Subscriptions

BrainBrew offers an optional paid subscription, BrainBrew Premium, which unlocks premium features such as the Premium Archive. Premium is available as a Monthly or an Annual auto-renewing subscription.

App-store terms

When you install BrainBrew from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to you. When you install BrainBrew from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple’s Standard EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service also apply. Apple is not responsible for BrainBrew or for providing any support for it. You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update this page and change the effective date shown above.
